Digital Subscriptions & Content
Non-Refundable Digital Goods: Because our platform provides instant digital access to downloadable PDF comic books, exclusive web stories, and digital community features upon purchase, all subscription payments, digital content sales, and community tier memberships are strictly non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your recurring subscription (such as The Crater Club) at any time through your account settings or billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the remainder of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Blockchain Transactions & Token Purchases
Because $MILO and other digital assets operate on decentralized, immutable public blockchains (such as Solana or Base), token transactions executed via decentralized exchanges or peer-to-peer transfers are final. Smart contract interactions cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded by our team.
